CMS IntelliCAD 11.1 PE crash after every startup

I'm using CMS IntelliCAD 11.1 PE version.
I got a crash after a "move" command. Since then, after each start, I get an error message and the program does not start.
Crash report file module: KERNELBASE.dll
Someone has a solution to this problem?
