I design sometimes in 1/87 (HO) scale. I started a new drawing today that is 52 scale feet long. If I go from one end of the drawing to the other the readout at the bottom of the screen reads 52'. When I dimension the drawing it says the length is 13' and the other dimensions on it are just as out of scale. What have I done wrong. I think one of my variables is set wrong, but I can't seem to figure out which one. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am using IntelliCAD 2001.

Check DIMLFAC system variable. Or type DDIM, chose Units tab and see linear dimensioning scale factor.
If that factor is not 1,00, you found the problem.

Another possibility: Are you dimensioning in paperspace? Turn on TILEMODE to be sure to work in Modelspace.
