Saving to AutoCADR14????

Has anyone had any problems saving down to AutoCADr14? I have a customer that uses AutoCADLT 2000 and they can read R14 dwg formats. When they try opening my files that I have saved as R14 format, they can't open them? In the previous version we had no problems doing this. Why has this changed? Or has it?

Talked via e-mail today to John, and it has been confirmed that a bug exists in setting IntelliCAD CMS to automatically save to AutoCADR14 DWG format. This should be resolved in the next release. The only way to remedy this is to change the settings back to automatically save as AutoCAD 2004, then do a "SaveAs" R14, R13 etc. Just thought I would post this for informational purposes only.
