dimensioning problem Icad 6.19

I need help, I have been having trouble with dimension text. I create a dimension profile and with text location above the crossbar. I create the dimension then I go on and do other work went I come back to the old dimensions, the text will have moved up from the cossbar. I have then use the relocate text position command. I put the dim_text where I want it. Come back later and this text too has move out of its proper position. The problem only seems to effect horizonal dimensions. Any suggestion would be appreciated
