can somebody try this, who have CMS IntelliCAD 6 PE+ ?, because, there is possibble to download only version without ACIS....

It seems to work OK. Could you possibly post an example .dwg file at the web site you reference that contains one or more objects that you know DO NOT convert correctly with the older release?
