I would like to turn off the quick rotate.

I work with 2D stuff and I will not use rotate. I use the quick pan and zoom frequently but sometimes the rotate is activated and coupled with the inability to undo it, it delays projects.

Unfortunately the developers for IntelliCAD did not give us the option to turn that off. But not to worry, you do not have to "undo" it. Just type "plan" at the command prompt and press enter for the "<Current UCS> " option. Your drawing will zoom entents with the plan view being restored. I know it isn't a perfect fix but it works, for now with very little loss of your time.
