The Toolbar bug seems to have been fixed. No I turn of the command bar completely to make space for more toolbars. I don't usually look at the command bar anyway because I use keyboard short cuts most of the time and after years of using Acad I know the command syntax and sequence anyway.

If I really need to know whats happening in the command prompt ( which is rare) I just hit the f2 key.
