when I want move or copy object like in ACAD2000 - its impossible:
I want select for example LINE, then in ORTHO mode pick point anywhere in workspace, than move mouse in side of moving, write only number of moving (without @...) for examle 5000.... and enter...

now is possible move or copy only from existing poin to existing point (in object) or with direct co-ordinates (@5000,0) - this is very slow !!! please, can you repair this problem? - this is the biggest promlem, which stoppted us in our firm to buy your Intellicad

That has worked in some versions and not in others. It works in the version I am using now but it did not in Icad-98 except with Dragmode off.

ferol,

This is a very simple routine that has no doubt been created in Lisp and can be implemented in ICAD.

Search the internet for Lisp routines and i'm sure there will be a lot out there or ask in the AutoLisp forum.

Ferol is right about this misbehavior.
It is the directed distance entry feature
which has been functional in other CADs
for a long time...ie: enter a distance on
the command line and indicate the direction
with your mouse cursor.

Several newer demos of Icad have fixed this
up to work properly now.
