Developer API for Version 14.0?

Is there a pending Developer API forthcoming for version 14 in the downloads?
If not, what changes to the current Developer API (v13.1) do we need to make for files to compile and work?

Hi,
To update for 14 version, it works when I change all the references to *_25.12_17.dll, then recompile.
