How do I customize toolbars in my 11PE version of Icad? I have been able to add toolbars to my 11PE Classic View, such as DRAW but the toolbars that appear are missing necessary tools such as polyline and rectangle, and others. I have to use the command line to get anything done. The DRAW dropdown is also missing these tools. I read that you can drag tools into toolbars, but have not found where to drag them from.

Elsewhere in this forum someone suggested replacing the 11PE default.cui with my old 9PE default.cui file. That did not work.

What am I missing here please? My 11PE is not usable with limited tools.

OP here. It was an easly fix, but no thanks to ICAD HELP.
All I needed to do was to go to TOOLS then OPTIONS, and then under the GENERAL tab change the experience level to INTERMEDIATE.
After doing that all of the tools for the tool pallets appeared.

Youi can also change the experience level to ADVANCED, which I did, but i don't yet see what I gained by that change.
