I have installed the license on the laptop and want to transfer it to the USB dongle.
Is this possible?

I already use USB Dongle Maker software and follow USB dongle maker instructions, but still cannot use it.

Sometimes error ActSvr: Invalid Registration ID! and ActSvr: All activations are used up!

Can you guide me step by step how to transfer the license to dongle?
I will deactivate my license now

Make sure that you have properly deactivated the license on the laptop. Sometimes, the software might not completely release the license until you perform the deactivation steps correctly.

Is there a way to check if the license was successfully deactivated on the laptop before trying to use the USB dongle?
