Did you check Display Settings? Try adjusting the display settings to "Duplicate" or "Extend" mode and see if IntelliCAD works in either setting.

happy wheels,
Try re-installing/updating the drivers for the mouse. Reboot?
I also have one and it works great so it is not from the Intellicad side.

Hi there,
It sounds like there might be an issue with your display settings when using an external monitor. First, ensure that your graphics drivers are up to date. Next, try adjusting the display settings: go to your laptop's display settings and make sure the external monitor is set to "Extend" rather than "Duplicate" or "Second screen only." If IntelliCAD still doesn't open files, try launching it in compatibility mode: right-click the IntelliCAD icon, go to Properties > Compatibility, and select an older version of Windows to run the program. Restart your laptop and see if this resolves the issue. If the problem persists, consider reaching out to IntelliCAD support for further assistance.

One common reason is that the display settings might not be configured correctly for the external monitor. Try going into your computer's display settings and make sure that the external monitor is set as the primary display or that Intellicad is configured to open on the correct screen. Another potential issue could be related to the graphics driver. I recommend checking to see if your graphics driver is up to date. Updating
strands game the driver can often resolve compatibility issues with external monitors.

The "Extended Screen Problem" can disrupt gameplay, much like a glitch in fnaf, where every moment counts. Ensuring your display settings align can save you from unexpected jumpscares, enhancing both your performance and enjoyment during thrilling gaming sessions.

Try adjusting the resolution of the external monitor. Sometimes, using a resolution that is too high can cause applications to malfunction.
