I would know if is it possible to change the icons of the toolbar, loading alternative pictures or icon library, thanks.

Yes it is possible.
Go to TOOLS, down to Customise UI...
(it might be a good ised to read the HELP info on Customize.
Here you can change you icons.

I used png images and it works as you can see on the attached images.
