Just purchased a license of IntelliCAD 12.0 PE Plus, installed it and get the following error message:

"Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item."

As indicated on the download page,
"NOTICE: Some Windows User Access Control settings require users to run CMS IntelliCAD with system administrator permissions."

My user account is an admin account. I selected "run as administrator", same error. Get the same error for the application file, start menu, and the desktop shortcut.

I uninstalled anything CMS, restarted, re-downloaded, and re-installed. Same results. Is there something I am missing? Running Windows 11

Solved the issue with help from tech support. It was my antivirus, Cylance, quarantining the .exe file. Was having issues with getting it whitelisted, so ended up switching to a new antivirus software and everything works fine now.
