My Quick Access Toolbar and Ribbons on Start Page are missing (see image below).

How to change back to its original state with Quick Access Toolbar and Ribbons (image below)?

Please on the status bar, try to click
Switch Between Workspaces then select "Drafting and Annotation"

The status bar that you reference exists when you open a drawing.
It is not on the Start Page.
When the Quick Access Toolbar and the Ribbon are missing on the Start Page, how do you restore them?
I have the same problem as the original poster.

I wish to see the Quick Access Toolbar and Ribbons on Start Page before I open/start any drawing.
Is there any solution?
