Can't zoom in or out in PRINT PREVIEW

Hello,
I'm using a trial version of PE PLUS to evaluate it's suitability for my work. Everything seems to work pretty well but I can't seem to zoom in or out in PRINT PREVIEW. What could be the issue? Thank you.

I assume you have: Build no. 11.1.435.145443?
When you go to print preview do you see the 'zoom in' & 'zoom out' buttons top left?

Yes. That is the build no.
And yes, I do see the Zoom In and Zoom out buttons in the top left corner next to the Print and Close buttons. My screen looks just like yours.
Any idea what's going on?

I assume you have tried the zoom in button?
You can also zoom in/out via the scroll wheel,=# have you tried that?

Yes Ive tried all those methods, scroll wheel on mouse, the buttons and hitting the buttons. Nothing is working.

The zoom-in/out works as usual in build no. 11.1.435.145443.
Please check the printer driver.
(try to use the printer: DWG to PDF.pc3)
