Downloaded and installed 11.1 thinking it was and update versus a pay for upgrade. The popup that tells you it is available says "Licensed Upgrade" so I assumed my license would work. Deactivated my 10.0 version, http://register.intellicadms.com/regist ... ation.aspx showed only one activation key so tried to use my 10.0 activation.and registration to activate the newly installed 11.1. Of course it did not buy the old key so I uninstalled 11.1 and was going to go back to 10.0 but now when I try to reactivate 10.0 I get an error message say I have no more activations and if I look at "http://register.intellicadms.com/regist ... ation.aspx" it shows that I have already have 2 activations when actually I only have one seat activated. Apparently the registration window for 11.1 indexed the number of registrations even though it did not register 11.1. How do I get back the false registration.

Upgrades are not for free.
The notice users get when running OLDER versions states "Download and tryout the new CMS IntelliCAD version? The new version is available as license upgrade at our online store."
it clearly states where you can get a license upgrade at our online store, and this clearly means it's not for free otherwise we would clearly state it.
