CLOSED 3D POLYLINES TO SURFACES ?

I have a large drawing with many 3D polylines defining ground terain.
Is there a way to cnvert these to 3D Faces in Icad?

Thks Steve for your return! Alias are often very speed....
I just ended to translate the tree structure of the help files (titles) and 50% of the text.
Now IntelliCAD is clearer!
