Set cmsicad.exe as external application in Visual studio

We are new in InteliCAD and we try to set cmsicad.exe run as external application in Visual studio . But the exe is not start and visual studio stops. What we can do to fix it ?

Not sure what your purpose is, in the case of debugging, please refer to this :
