Problem trying to run Lisp from old Autocad

#1
We tried to follow a step-by-step guide that our client sent us to get the Lisp file to run, but we were not successful.

Do you know if it's a compatibility issue?

Here are the instructions we received:

Type in “MENULOAD” on the command line. (For AutoCAD Versions older than 2006 you may use the menu as well. You can choose “Tools” and then “Customize Menus” to get the “Menu Customization” dialog box.) The Menu Customize dialog box now appears, click on the “BROWSE” button in the menu groups tab. In the select menu file dialog box, fly down the “FILES OF TYPE” arrow and choose “AutoCAD Legacy Menu (*.MNU). The menu file type has changed in recent versions of AutoCAD from .mnu to .cui. The older versions still use .mnu, so with them, in “FILES OF TYPE”: choose Menu Template (*.mnu). In the “LOOK IN” field fly down the arrow and find the C:\CBC\D51s folder. Select the “CBCD51s.MNU” file and click on “OPEN”. Back on the Menu Customization dialog box, click on the “LOAD” button. An AutoCAD Alert box will appear, click on “YES”, and then click on “CLOSE”.

If a new toolbar does not appear…Select from the pull down menus “VIEW/TOOLBARS”, fly down the “MENU GROUP” arrow and choose “CBC”. In the Toolbars box above click on “CBC” so an X appears in the square. Close the Toolbars dialog box.

There is now a new CBC toolbar (51s) on your screen.

Select the 51s icon in the CBC Toolbar to run the program. The first time the program runs, a dialog box will appear asking you about macros. Unselect the “CHECK BOX” that asks if you want to always see this dialog box, then choose the “ENABLE MACROS” button.

You may experience some dialog boxes about proxy entities, should these appear, just “OK” them.

Make your selections of size, class, rotation, discharge, arrangement, and accessories. Click “DRAW FAN” once you have made your choices.

A “Questions” dialog box now appears, make selections as desired, when finished click on “Yes” or “No. If you desire to save the drawing file select “File” on the pull down menu at the top left of the screen then select “Save As”, save the file with the name and the location as desired.

Could it be a compatibility issue ?
