I was reading the help file on this and it says you must create a "template file" in order to do an attribute extract. I get to the location in the help file where it says "A typical tem­plate file is similar to the one shown here: " What follows is a box with an x in it. I right clicked on the x and it shows that the file "db_attribtemp.gif" is to be displayed but cannot find it. Where can I get a copy of that file and where should it be on my system?
