Trouble with extruding polylines containing arcs

I keep getting an error when trying to extrude simple closed polylines that have arcs in them. Command returns:
“Can't extrude self-intersecting curve.
1 entities removed from selection set".
I can't extrude most new closed polylines and ones that worked in v10 don’t work in v11.
There are NO self-intersecting curves in any of these.
I can make small fillets on the corners, extrude it, then SOLIDEDIT/Face/Delete the fillets or copy the polyline and
loft it but the EXTRUDE command in version 11 is broken!
Is there a bug report page I can submit this to?
Thanks!

Hi,
It works on my V11.0 PE+.
Please create a new simple polyline with an arc segment and try again.

I tried it many more times and it won't extrude if it has even 1 arc in the closed polyline.
Thanks.

Can you attach a sample drawing having the polyline that can't be extruded?

It won't let me attach the file, it keeps saying
"Error: invalid file extension test.dwg."
That comes up whether I drag and drop into the message or use the Attach Files button.

Hi Ramon,

How did you create the shape in your file?

I was unable to extrude the original shape, but after I exploded and then Pedit to a closed polyline I was then able to extrude it!?
I had/have a similar problem with closed polyline shapes created by a lisp I downloaded 'Wisey's steel shapes'. It creates closed polyline shapes that 'sometimes' need to be exploded and then re-joined to be able to extrude the shape.
Not a total solution I know, but might help.

I usually draw lines and arcs, always snapping to the ends then use JOIN and Close. It does it with any method as long as there's at least 1 arc in it. About 80-90% of them won't extrude. I can't find any difference in the ones that will and the ones that won't. In version 10 I never had that error 1 time out of 1000s of polylines I made. Even PLINES that I made in 10 won't extrude in v11. I'm stumped, I have to copy up and LOFT most of them. I never use any 3rd party software to make them.

Hi Ramon,

Here is a video of me creating a similar shape to your test dwg, with an arc using a NEW file created from the original Icad template.

It says that the video has been deleted. I believe that it works for you and others, I just don't know why it won't work for me most of the time, it has to be related to all the other glitches I'm having.

1. Are you using Windows 11? There must be something wrong with my install.
2. What did you use to record the video?
Thanks,
