I haven't had a great time with CMS to be honest since switching from nanocad.

Purchase 10.0 11 months ago.

Upgraded to 10.1 in the summer.

Have had loads of issues with the print dialogue and error messages.

Also had an issue with occasionally trying to open the properties window and getting: Unable to recognize command "_ENTPROP". Please try again.

Thought I'd uninstall and re-install but couldn't find the install file.

Emailed support but essentially, I was told I had to pay for the extended download which is a bit much as I've only had it 11 months.

Paid for the extened download and today I revoked the license, uninstalled, cleared all folders, registry entries etc.

Re-installed and still can't get the properties window to open and just get Unable to recognize command "_ENTPROP". Please try again.

Any ideas?

This all feels like money down the drain, and if Nanocad wasn't Russian, I'd go back to them.
