Is that possible to create SHX / SHP file to create limetype ?

Is there a "Make Shape" command ?

I'm not sure what your end goal is but this is how I would create a new line type:
Open the drawing explorer & select linetypes.
Then either add new item (top left, just under 'file')
OR
Right click on the main dialogue & select 'new linetype.
You should be here: At the bottom of the linetype dialogue select 'new'
On the new dialogue (bottom left) is a '?' icon, pick this.

Really helps, but I still cannot use a external SHAPE file with objects to create specific linetypes.

I will try this option.
