Image File Problems

My image file keeps disappearing when I go to make a .pdf file. Well it appears and disappears in my drawing randomly.

Please provide details steps on how to reproduce the issue because we can't find a way to reproduce it here. As far as we can check, it's working OK.

Happens to me too. But when I report it, someone from technical support don’t believe me. And I have more, in my case intellicad crashes frequently when I edit the image. But that is an old bug. Happens also with the 10.0

have another kind of problem with images:
when I zoom in, the image disappears and it never reappears even if I do a regen. I have to save and exit and then reappear. It reappears if I change the type of graphics (BASIC <> INTERMEDIATE) but then they disappear again.

What graphics device are you using? is the graphics driver device updated? Open a new drawing, and then please run the benchmark graphics available at the CMS IntelliCAD HELP menu and report using the provided form.
What image file extension are you using , and how are you inserting the image?

The graphics card is: NVIDIA NVS 510
Driver 10.18.13.545 (OGL 4.5.0) 2015.10.14
The images used are .PNG

It seems that the problem is solved by installing new NVIDIA driver and the update of 11/09 Build no. 10.1.735.125282

I forgot to mention that the problem occurs only on layouts. In model area, I can work with the images and have no problems.

Buongiorno, ho anch'io un problema con la visualizzazione del layout. Pur impostando lo spessore dei pennini in modo corretto e differenziato, in Intellicad la linea compare di un unico spessore per tutto il disegno. Lo stesso file, visualizzato in Autocad, appare con gli spessori differenziati. Lo stesso problema c'è anche in stampa. Non so cosa devo fare. Grazie.
