I created a block and added three attributes. They are simple and called line1, line2 and line3. When I place the block I get prompted out of order they come up line1, line3 and line2.

Shouldn't they come in the order created? How do I change them in IntelliCAD? I don't see any commands that allow me to re-order and don't understand why they are out of order, any help is appreciated.

Hi,

When I have come across this problem I move ALL of the attributes to one side and the COPY back to the required positions in the sequence you want and then delete the originals.
Has worked since Acad release 8!!

Hi aproger,
I remarked problems with attributes in IntelliCAD v10 too.
1 - When you have a block with attributes and you will change/modify/add attributes, the changes are not always saved.

I find a solution:
- I explode one item of this block,
- I made my changes and I select all + attributes and I go to menu:
Draw > Block > create a Block
In the Name menu I choose the old name of the block with the popup button at far right.
And then I click on OK button.
A popup will appear to confirm the save state. And voilà!
