Intellicad 10.1 dimensions in paper space

I am currently trying out Intellicad 10.1. I created a drawing in model space, and am now attempting to dimension it in paper space. However, I cannot get the dimensions to associate through the viewport. I've triple checked DIMASSOC (it is 2); all dimensions created in paper space do not reflect the drawings true dimensions. Any suggestions? Thanks.
