In the old version of CMS IntelliCAD program alt+ctrl+v (line function) worked in one step. You were able to add a coordinate (x) and an increase. Now you can do it in 2 steps:

1. add x coordinate
2. add y coordinate

How is it possible to make it in 1 step in this version of program (CMS IntelliCAD 10 Premium Edition Plus)?

Not sure what issue you have with CMS IntelliCAD 10 PE+.
