Autocad drawings, compatibility again!

Hi there, was just wondering if anyone had come accross this problem. I work with staff who use Autocad 2002 LT and we tend to transfer drawings between us a lot, where they will create the drawing and i will amend it to suit a new idea, or regulation change. As such it is ok for a drawing (although it must be small) to move from Autocad 2002 LT to Intellicad 4 LT, but when i move it back again the Autocad 2002 LT program comes up with an error, detailing that for some proxy objects, the parent ARX is not loaded. It also talks about an Autocad Express, Wipeout tool.
