CMS IntelliCAD PE Easy Run does not run after download - How to fix

Proceed as follows to clean containers cache:
> Uninstall ALL CMS IntelliCAD software.
> Open Windows explorer and navigate to %localappdata%\turbo\containers\sandboxes
Any .dwg files should be moved to the working documents folder.
> Run a Windows command prompt by clicking the Windows + R keys, type "CMD" command.
> Type command: turbo rm -a
(This will clean turbo.net containers cache).
> Then sign in to https://run.intellicadms.com and run or install CMS IntelliCAD PE Easy Run again.
