Permanently enable macros?

Can I permanently enable macros? I just want the pop-up to go away. I preload all of mine anyway so I know they're safe.
Thanks,

You can set the option Low (Not recommended) at the command SECURITY.

If I did that, where would potential harmful code come from, a .lsp file or a .dwg with a macro embedded? Can either be scanned by Avira or a common virus protection or is it too esoterical for a virus checker to identify?
Thanks.
