NAVVCUBEDISPLAY not showing

I turned NAVVCUBEDISPLAY to 2, also tried 1 and it won't show, any ideas why?

According to the HELP DIALOGUE:
Not implemented. Required for .dwg file compatibility only.
Type: Integer
Saved: In the drawing
Range: 0 to 3
Default: 3

OK, so it's a placeholder for sysvars so that if you bring it back into Autocad, the settings won't be lost? That would make sense. I wonder though why not keep it hidden from us since it makes no difference in IntelliCAD, just curious.
