Print layout tutorial / walkthrough

Hi. I've been trying to use the layout function to produce a couple of printable views with a drawing border and annotations. I'm finding setting up a layout completely impenetrable. I've been through the IntelliCAD Help but that give details on specifics but no workflow advice. Is there a walkthrough that covers this? I have also been unable to access the Users Guide. Nothing happens when I clock on the ribbon button. Many thanks in advance.
