Found through experimentation.

Open the steel dialogue. Then 'right click' anywhere on the dialogue, then de-select the 'Metric Data'

All should now display Imperial measurements.
NOTE: This setting does NOT appear to be saved, so you will need to repeat each time you open the Steel dialogue.

Thank for your experimentation, Steve,
But on my side, this setting already saved, it opens the last dialogue setting.

Regards,
I have just double checked, closing Icad between tests and the setting is NOT saved.

I set to imperial, closed dialogue, saved drawing and exit.
Restart Icad, open steel dialogue and it displays metric units.

NOTE: I am running the trial version of 10 if that makes any difference??
