I have CMS 9.2 plus and it does not export 3D drawings to stl like autocad does(the acad works and the CMS ones don't). I tried to attach the dwg I created the stl files, but the post would not let me.

CMS IntelliCAD PE Plus is for sure able to export 3D models as .STL files.

Use EXPORT command, then select .STL file format and follow the prompts. That's pretty similar behavior to otherCAD 2020.
Such model can then be, for example, printed using Microsoft Windows 10 3D printing software.
