Can Only Use Paypal?

Trying to buy Support Subscription, but checking out I only have the option of PayPal. Can't use a credit card any more?
Automatic renewable subscriptions are managed by PayPal and you're prompt for a PayPal account at checkout. You have the option to create a PayPal account at that time.
You'll get an email notice when the renewal time comes. You can opt-out from subscriptions at any time.
