Cloud Intellicad crashes - urgent help required


I am experiencing continuous crashes when trying to start the cloud version of IntelliCAD PE. I have tried to open from Turbo.NET and from the website. In both cases the application starts to load and then I get a pop up warning.

Runtime Error! R6025 - pure virtual function call.

Usually that's the end. However, occasionally the application will start but within 10s it will simply close without warning. This application is required for a current piece of work and so help would be greatly appreciated.
