Prompt Boxes visibility - updated

Prompt boxes are ON by default in order to assist users while creating or editing CAD entities.
You can turn them OFF at the Ribbon TOOLS tab > Options > Display > deselect "Display prompt boxes".
Alternatively, run SHORTCUTMENU command and set it to "0" value.
SHORTCUTMENU also controls right-click mouse actions and shortcut menus. When set to "0" All shortcut menus are turned off. Right-clicks either repeat the previously used command or are the equivalent of Enter for the active command.
