Anybody else having crashes resulting from a gp fault in gr.dll? (Using 2001 pro, win98se)

Some Causes:
*Working with xref's particulary zooming
*Moving around in paperspace
Some drawings are worse than others, crashes are not necessarily repeatable. Crashes come up with a gr.dll fault followed by an mfc42.dll fault.

Any ideas?
