I have an architectural symbol library for autocad. I cant figure out how to add the library to my menu so i can use it from there.............is this even possible to do with icad?

This is possible if they are just blocks in individual drawings.
Look at the customize area of help on how to add items to your menu.
If you setup your menu I can help you with some lisp commands to check if the block exist in the drawing and if not then insert it from another drawing.
