I recently purchased ICAD 4 online and tested it on files created by Autocad LT 2000. The smaller files works quite well but when it comes to a 6.5MB file the cursor becomes jerky and overall performance is poor. Is anyone else facing the same problem?

It is no secret that Intellicad does not perform quite as well as Autocad on most drawings. Especially drawings which need a lot of memory to regenerate (typically large drawings) are problematic. You should avoid stuff that makes this worse, such as ttf-fonts or extensive hatching. Also get more RAM, you can afford it with Intellicad.
