The numbered list function seems quite limited and cumbersome. Is there a way to have multiple list levels (tabbing at the first column does nothing to increase list indent) automatically numbered (numbering appears to be limited to top-level only)?
Additionally, when attempting to manually create a numbered list, clicking on the ruler to insert a tab (to, for example, ensure that an indented line isn't followed by a line that is completely left-justified) invariably places it in the wrong spot, and while it can (sometimes, not always) be dragged, there does appear to be a way to delete it. More often then not, when attempting to drag a tab, the software simply creates a new one.
It appears that there is simply no good basic functionality for a multi-level numbered list. Please help.
