I have one PC running CMS 10 PE plus trial and tool palettes work fine.
On another PC I am running a purchased 10 PE plus and tool palettes will not work.
How can I fix this???

Tool Palettes not working on CMS 10 PE plus.
Commands are not working in the tool palettes or in the menus at the top of the screens.

In this case, make sure you have only the CMS IntelliCAD licensed edition installed and then proceed as follows:
1) close CMS IntelliCAD;
2) delete C:\Users\<user>\Documents\CMS IntelliCAD10.0x64;
3) restart CMS IntelliCAD;
