Command Line at bottom of Drawing Area

I seemed to have turned off this function, how do I turn the function back on. I don't use the software enough to remember the steps for some of the functions.

Does the user interface looks like this one?

If so, just double click on top of the grey "command" bar

Or you can use command "CmdBar" or "CommandLine" with option "Lower" to display Command-Line at bottom of drawing area as you want.
