The issue was caused by Microsoft update, called "anniversary update" that has interfered with your CMS IntelliCAD license registration.
You can run a system recovery to return to the previous windows 10 build where your license was running.

Anyways, you can reactivate license at the current updated system, but in this case please notice that a support pack purchase will be required to support your Windows 10 updates that block our software from running."
