Does v6.4 or v6.5 have menus and/or toolbars in the object model yet. I know these have been an aspiration for years! If not, am I wasting my time waiting for them tho be implemented?

These are not available in 6.4 and I haven't seen 6.5 yet.
IntelliCAD is undergoing a complete re-write to deal with the issues of difficult code structures which, introduce bugs and problems when new commands are introduced.
I believe version 7 will be a more stable and much better product with the ability to add menus and toolbars programmatically.
In fact developers will be able to customise the whole GUI and remove commands if they don't suit the application. This may be the reason the ITC haven't improved the object model.
I can't wait to get my hands on version 7.
