Trimming bug

#1
Created ellipse, copied and moved over slightly, clicked the first one, select trim, clicked the portion of the second one outside the first one and it goes away as it should. Save the file and re-open and the entire second ellipse is back again.

Is the a bug? What am I doing wrong?

larrygo,

This is a bug.

You can go back into the drawing using AutoCAD and trim.

The drawing opened in IntelliCAD will then stay trimmed.

So, I guess we're supposed to buy Autocad as an accessory to Intellicad. Makes sence.

CW,

I was just confirming a bug, when I replied you can go.......

I was confirming the same bug didn't exist in AutoCAD.

This would suggest a bug in the dwg file and relate to the Open Drawing Alliance and not IntelliCAD.

I thought the inclusion of the
