Hi guys, I’ve been using the software for a long time and I really rely on it, but I have a huge request for the devs regarding the visual side of things.

The new interface in v.14 looks great, but honestly, paying 370 € just to get a modern look is too much, especially since some technical issues like the 3D rotate command still aren't fully fixed. Most of us stay on older, stable versions because they work, but the UI is stuck in the Windows XP era.

The problem is that I often have to show my projects to clients directly on my screen. It’s awkward when the work is high-quality and modern, but the software I’m using looks like it’s from twenty years ago. It just doesn't leave a professional impression.

I’m wondering if the developers would consider releasing the new modern theme as a separate, free update or a simple "skin" we can insert into our current versions. It would actually be great PR for the company too. When people look at my screen, they should see a powerful, modern tool that looks like it belongs in 2026, not something outdated. It’s basically free advertising for the software every time a client sees it.

I really hope you guys can meet us halfway on this. It would mean a lot to those of us who need our workspace to look as professional as the projects we create.

Since the IntelliCAD ribbon interface follows standard industry design, it provides a very familiar experience for most users. At $360, it offers a high level of functionality and modern features at a price point that is difficult to match elsewhere in the market.
