I have fully functioning tool palettes in 11.1 that I use to insert blocks. When I try to migrate the palettes to 12.1 they become non-functional and the insert command is removed and the path to the blocks is likewise gone. Has anybody been successful at migrating palettes for inserting blocks to a newer version?

Firstly, please ensure that your tool palettes and block directories have the correct read/write permissions in 12.1.

Sometimes, restricted permissions can cause paths to break after migration
