Polar tracking inaccuracy

#1
When I try to use polar tracking for angles other than 90 like increments of 45 degrees my lines end up close to the 45 degrees but vary slightly. Can figure out why this is but it's very frustrating to have all these inaccuracies in my drawing. Has anyone else run into this? Is there a fix for this? I'm using version 11.

Thanks,
Sean

Make sure that your polar tracking is set to the increments you want. You can adjust these settings by right-clicking on the polar tracking icon in the status bar and selecting "Settings." Ensure that you've added your desired angles (like 45 degrees) to the list.

My preferred polar angles are set accurately. When I draw a very short line it might be as far off as 45.29779886 and a longer line might be 45.99999995. A very long line gets to 45.00000000. When using polar tracking the actual angle is displayed showing the 45.29779886 angle in the box next to the line I am drawing.
